• Hourly Rate: $25 - $35/hr (open)

Position Details / Scope of Work
Responsibilities include managing daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory) using forklifts; ensuring safety and accuracy; training staff; handling scheduling; and optimizing space. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and equipment operation skills for responsibilities ranging from operator to supervisor. The position blends hands-on forklift driving with administrative duties such as tracking, reporting, and team coordination, often leading to management.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience
• Must have a forklift certification

Physical Requirements
Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 - 60 lbs.
