Seeking Solar Electricians in Stanley, NC for a long-term project starting 1/12/2026!!!

MUST have 5+ years experience as a solar electrician!!!!!!!

Pay: $34/hr
Per diem: $100/day all 7 days if the full schedule is worked
Monday through Saturday, Sundays as needed (working 50-60+ hours weekly)

The scope of work will consist of Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots electrical systems for utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) fields. Responsibilities include running and terminating conduit and wiring, installing combiner boxes, DC connectors, inverters, transformers, and grounding systems, performing electrical testing and commissioning, reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics, and ensuring all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards. Works independently and with crews to support efficient, safe solar field operations.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the electrical solar field
-Verifiable references
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to change easily
- Owns basic electrical tools
- Can pass pre-employment screenings
