We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee and actively perform Concrete commercial projects nationwide. This is a hands-on, working lead position, responsible for both leading the crew and executing the work in the field. This full-time role requires extensive travel (approximately 70–75%), with all travel expenses fully covered. A valid driver’s license is required. Pay is $26-$30 BOE

Roles and Responsibilities of the Concrete Crew Lead:

Serve as a working lead, directing crew members while actively performing concrete and epoxy work on-site

Lead projects from mobilization through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence

Perform surface preparation activities including grinding, etching, and cleaning

Set up, manage, and remove concrete forms

Mix, pour, and finish concrete and epoxy materials in accordance with project specifications

Troubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects moving efficiently

Requirements for the Concrete Crew Lead:

Preferred experience in concrete work and/or epoxy flooring systems

Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs

Strong working knowledge of general concrete trade practices

Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate work

Proven problem-solving and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license (required)
