Skillforce is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on active projects in Grantsville, MD and throughout the Northeast. Ideal for a strong leader with experience managing 15+ electricians, handling reporting, and leading crews effectively in the field.

Pay: $35-$45/hr
Per Diem: $100/day paid 7 days

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise crews of 15+ electricians

Coordinate daily work to meet schedule and productivity goals

Ensure accurate, on-time reporting (timecards, material lists)

Serve as field contact for project management

Maintain safety, quality, and job site standards

Manage crew relations and resolve conflicts professionally

Requirements:

Proven Electrical Foreman experience

Experience managing large crews (15+)

Strong reporting and organizational skills

Solid communication and people-management skills

Hands-on leadership style

Licenses/certs project dependent
