Role Summary

The Turnaround Lead Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing resource-loaded, logic-driven schedules for refinery turnarounds and outages. This role partners closely with turnaround leadership, planners, and contractors to identify risks, optimize execution, and support safe, on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed turnaround schedules using Primavera P6.

Establish shutdown/startup logic and integrate contractor schedules.

Input and validate field planning data; maintain schedule accuracy.

Monitor progress, manage changes, and generate progress reports.

Lead schedule reviews and prepare user-friendly execution and look-ahead schedules.

Requirements

8–10+ years of turnaround or outage scheduling experience (refinery, oil & gas, LNG, or chemical).

Prior Turnaround Planner experience required.

Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with IPS a plus; pipefitter or boilermaker background a plus.
