We are partnering up with a GC who is hiring an immediate Traveling Construction Superintendent with Mission Critical project experience. The scope is mostly upgrading mechanical and electrical to live Telecom/carrier facilities. First project is an 8+ month job in Sunnyvale, CA and will then travel to next job.

Details:
• First project is 8+ month project in Sunnyvale, CA. Supposed to wrap up in July, then will travel to next project. Scope is mostly upgrading mechanical and electrical to live Telecom/carrier facilities
• Scope of work includes phased approach around temp cooling, end of life services of old equipment, mechanical upgrades, HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades, utility rooms, admin buildings, white rooms, etc.
• Per Diem an Competitive Pay Offered
• Start Date 2/9/2026

Must have:
• Procore and MS Projects experience
• 5+ years experience a lead superintendent on heavy mechanical and electrical scope projects
• Mission critical experience
• Proficiency in reading plans, specifications, and schedules
• OSHA-10 certification required within 30 days of hire (OSHA-30 and First Aid/CPR preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
