We are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators Stanely, NC for a long-term project ASAP.

Operates excavators to support solar field construction by digging trenches, foundations, and equipment pads for electrical and structural installations. Responsible for precise grading, trenching for conduit runs, backfilling, and material handling while maintaining proper depth and alignment per project plans. Performs daily equipment inspections, follows site safety procedures, and works closely with field crews to ensure efficient and safe solar project execution.

Pay: $30/hr
Per diem: $100/day all 7 days if the full schedule is worked
Monday through Saturday, Sundays as needed (working 60+ hours weekly)

Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience operating excavator/dozers
- Can pass pre-employment screenings
-must have solar field experience
