Key Project Requirements:
•    Ownership of integrated L2/L3 project schedules, including development, baselining, maintenance, and forecasting in Primavera P6 for an EPC power generation project.
•    Advanced critical path and schedule impact analysis, with the ability to identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and support recovery planning to protect contractual milestones.
•    Resource-loaded scheduling experience and performance tracking to support accurate progress measurement, KPI reporting, and on-time delivery.
•    Support of claims, delay analysis, and extension-of-time (EOT) activities, including forensic schedule analysis when required.

Job Summary:  
NAES is seeking a Site Scheduler/Planner that is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing integrated L2/L3 project schedules to support execution, reporting, and on-time project delivery for a large EPC power generation project. This role owns schedule integrity, critical path analysis, and forecasting accuracy while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, execution strategy, and project controls standards. The Scheduler will actively support mitigation planning, performance reporting, and schedule-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Develop, baseline, and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules in Primavera P6, including resource-loaded schedules and S-curves.
•    Support project kickoff and handover activities by validating scope, assumptions, risks, and execution strategy.
•    Lead schedule alignment with functional owners to resolve disconnects and establish an approved project baseline.
•    Monitor schedule performance and on-time delivery, proactively identifying slippages, forecast risks, and data inaccuracies.
•    Perform critical path and schedule impact analysis, providing mitigation and recovery recommendations to the project team.
•    Update and maintain project schedules based on execution progress and functional inputs.
•    Support monthly progress measurement, schedule updates, and KPI reporting related to milestones, physical progress, and schedule quality.
•    Collaborate with project leadership to develop and incorporate mitigation strategies into the schedule.
•    Escalate critical schedule risks and execution issues to project management with supporting analysis.
•    Prepare accurate schedule-driven reports for internal stakeholders and customer reporting.
•    Support claims, delay analysis, and extension-of-time (EOT) activities, including forensic schedule analysis as required.
•    Serve as a project scheduling and controls resource, supporting root-cause analysis of schedule variances.

Job Requirements:
•    5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within an EPC environment, including significant site-based execution exposure.
•    Demonstrated experience owning L2/L3 integrated schedules for complex industrial or power generation projects.
•    Strong understanding of power plant construction, commissioning, and EPC work processes.
•    Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource-loaded schedules and schedule analysis.
•    Working knowledge of critical path method (CPM), forecasting, and mitigation planning.
•    Experience supporting schedule claims, delay analysis, and EOT activities preferred.

Education / Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
•    Experience in power generation, heavy industrial, or large EPC projects strongly preferred.
•    Exposure to international or multi-discipline project teams is a plus.
