Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)

System One is actively seeking a Project Manager for an immediate need to support a long-term contract position located in Red Wing, MN.
Project Manager will support nuclear facilities projects at the Prairie Island Nuclear Plant near Red Wing, MN.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage 5–10 facilities and construction projects concurrently
Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and funding requests
Manage financials, cost variance reporting, and documentation
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Support presentations and executive updates

Required Experience
5–7 years of experience in facilities or construction project management
Proven experience managing projects ranging from $100K to multi-million-dollar budgets
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills required
Experience with SAP preferred
Outgoing and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop optimal project recommendations
Highly motivated and self-driven
Experience with project estimating
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and variance analysis

Federal background check and nuclear screening required
