Currently seeking Skid Steer Operators in Stanley NC for long term solar project ASAP!

Operates skid steer safely and efficiently on utility-scale solar construction sites. Perform grading, trenching, backfilling, and site prep for solar racking and electrical systems. Load, unload, and move materials such as steel, torque tubes, pallets, and debris. Assist with pad preparation for inverters, transformers, and equipment foundations. Maintain proper site drainage and roadways throughout the project. Work closely with pile drivers, electricians, and ground crews to support installation activities. Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance (fueling, greasing, cleaning). Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols. Read site plans, grade stakes, and markings to ensure accurate earthwork. Maintain clean, organized areas and minimize ground disturbance.

Pay is $27/hr. Per diem: $100/all 7 days as long as full schedule is worked. Schedule is Monday-Saturday, Sundays as needed (60+ hours/week)
