Trillium Construction is hiring for several Safety Reps for a shutdown project in Louisiana!

Duties:
-Enforce all site safety policies, OSHA standards, and client requirements
-Conduct daily safety audits, inspections, and job hazard analyses (JHAs)
-Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
-Promote a strong safety culture across all crews
-Support site access and security protocols

Compensation:
- $35/hr - $45/hr depending on experience
- Per diem, if applicable
-Mileage Reimbursement: Up to 821 Miles @ $0.60/Mile
-Paid Travel Time (Up to 14 Hours at Straight Time)

Qualifications:
-Valid TWIC Card (100% Required – No Exceptions)
-OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
-CPR & First Aid Certification
-Experience as Safety Manager, Safety Coordinator, Safety Rep, or Foreman with safety oversight
-Industrial/plant or heavy construction experience preferred
-Must be DISA-compliant (Green Status Required)
-Must meet site grooming and PPE standards (Clean Shaven / FRC Compliance)
-Testing & Compliance Requirements
-Hair Follicle Drug Test
-Pre-Employment and Random Drug Testing
-Daily Breathalyzer Testing (Zero Tolerance Policy)
-Full compliance with all site OSHA and safety protocols
