TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Superintendent who is interested in a long-term opportunity with a well-established company that specializes in all aspects of switchyard work and substation construction services.

General Details:
• Position: Substation Superintendent - Direct Hire
• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Texas Division – Must be willing to travel all over Texas
• Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
• Per Diem: $140.00 (per day worked).
• Hours: 50-60 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safety Leadership: Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct daily safety briefings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of electrical substations.
• Project Execution: Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely completion.
• Crew Supervision: Supervise substation crews, providing training, and mentorship.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed daily progress reports, time sheets, and performance metrics.

Physical and Environmental Demands
• Willingness to travel (5-6 days a week).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment (25+ lbs.), and work on uneven terrain.
