Trillium Construction is seeking NCCER or NCCCO certified riggers for a project in Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities
��� �Perform safe and precise rigging, moving, positioning, and setting of data center equipment including but not limited to:

o�� �UPS systems
o�� �Switchgear
o�� �Generators
o�� �Chillers
o�� �CRAH/CRAC units
o�� �Electrical skids and mechanical modules

��� �Utilize forklifts, telehandlers, machinery skates, jacks, dollies, and other material-handling tools to move and position equipment within the facility.
��� �Bolt up, align, and secure equipment according to manufacturer specifications and project drawings.
��� �Assist with mechanical assembly and support electrical scope work as required (non-energized unless qualified and authorized).
��� �Read and interpret rigging plans, lift plans, layout drawings, and installation documents.
��� �Work safely around sensitive, mission-critical equipment in live data center environments.
��� �Follow all site-specific safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements, and cleanroom protocols where applicable.
��� �Coordinate with supervisors, rigging crews, electricians, and mechanical contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
��� �Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Pay: $32
Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
��� �Proven experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or mission-critical environments.
��� �Hands-on experience with:

o�� �Forklifts
o�� �Telehandlers
o�� �Machinery skates
o�� �Hydraulic and mechanical jacks

��� �Ability to safely move and place heavy, high-value equipment in tight or controlled spaces.
��� �Strong understanding of rigging fundamentals and load handling.
��� �OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (Required)
��� �Ability to work in active, fast paced, operational data centers with heightened safety and security requirements.

Physical Requirements
��� �Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy equipment with assistance and proper tools.
��� �Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
��� �Comfortable working indoors in industrial environments.
