Mechanical Supervisor (Traveling � Conveyor Systems)

Pay: $33.00 � $39.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Per Diem: $100/day
Schedule: 58 hours per week
Project Duration: 2�12 months
Travel: 100% travel � project to project

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead large installation teams on traveling conveyor system projects nationwide. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, overseeing safety, productivity, and quality across high-volume crews.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage large crews (20�100+ workers) on mechanical conveyor installations

Coordinate daily work plans, manpower, and production goals

Enforce jobsite safety standards and compliance

Work closely with project management to meet schedule milestones

Troubleshoot mechanical and installation issues in the field

Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact

Required Qualifications:

Proven conveyor system experience (required)

Prior experience supervising large crews (20�100 workers)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel project to project

Ability to work extended hours (58 hrs/week)

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Previous experience on large-scale industrial or distribution projects
