Electrical Supervisor (Traveling � Conveyor Systems)

Pay: $38.00 � $45.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Per Diem: $120+/day (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 58 hours per week
Project Duration: 2�12 months
Travel: 100% travel � project to project

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead large electrical crews on traveling conveyor system installation projects nationwide. This role requires strong field leadership, hands-on electrical experience, and the ability to manage manpower, safety, and production on large-scale sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage large electrical crews (20�100+ workers)

Lead electrical installation for conveyor systems and material handling equipment

Plan daily work activities, manpower allocation, and production targets

Enforce jobsite safety standards and compliance

Coordinate with project management and other trades to meet schedules

Troubleshoot electrical and installation issues in the field

Act as the on-site electrical lead and primary point of contact

Required Qualifications

Proven conveyor system electrical experience (required)

Experience supervising large crews (20�100 workers)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel project to project

Ability to work extended hours (58 hrs/week)

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience with large-scale industrial, warehouse, or distribution center projects
