Job Title: Electrical Foreman - Conveyor Installation
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Nationwide Travel Required)

ASBECO is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead conveyor installation projects, beginning in Phoenix, AZ. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals ready to travel nationwide and lead high-performance electrical crews. Arizona is the first assignment, not the last.

Responsibilities:
-Install raceway systems (EMT, rigid conduit, strut, cable tray)
-Oversee wire pulls, terminations, motors, MCP panels, and field devices (photoeyes, encoders, E-stops, stack lights, control stations)
-Troubleshoot motors, panels, transformers, switchgear, and conveyor systems
-Test electrical systems for safety and compatibility
-Ensure labeling, grounding/bonding, and installation quality meet project standards
-Support checkout and point-to-point verification with controls teams
-Maintain daily reports, QC documentation, redlines/as-builts, and safety meetings
-Work will be performed inside active Amazon facilities with strict safety, housekeeping, and documentation expectations.

Leadership Responsibilities:
-Lead crews in accordance with ASBECO Job Layout Procedures
-Supervise employees, subcontractors, and independent contractors
-Enforce safety standards and quality expectations
-Provide on-site training and direction
-Interface directly with customers for progress updates
-Drive schedule performance and ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
-5+ years of supervisory experience in material handling/conveyor electrical installation
-Prior Amazon conveyor or sortation installation experience required
-Strong industrial electrical background (EMT bending, terminations, troubleshooting)
-Ability to read prints and manage field execution from layout through startup
-Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation
-Licensed electrician preferred
-Willingness to travel 100% with reliable transportation
