(EWS) is currently seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee the daily operations at industrial production facilities located in Northeast Nevada, ensuring adherence to union requirements and collective bargaining agreements. This role demands strong leadership in managing union labor forces, coordinating cross functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency within a highly regulated industrial environment. Candidates should bring deep experience working with organized labor, implementing contract provisions, and supporting a safe, consistent, and productive workforce.

Requirements of the Electrical Superintendent
Trade Education ideal. Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or similar field will be considered
10+ years of related superintendent experience in union electrical construction
Travel: When assigned to a project, responsibilities will require a significant presence onsite
Solid ability in researching, analysis, planning, project management, and processes; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task with strong attention to details and excellent follow through to ensure successful projects every time. Strong budgeting, decision-making skills. Ability to read drawings and perform construction take-offs; proficiency in change order pricing; solid knowledge of estimating, construction, design, finance and project management; ability to be prepared for any event that could potentially knock the project off course
Excellent MS Office, with construction management software skills; Primavera experience preferred; training will be provided on the current processes and software used
Solid verbal and written communication skills; able to present well, mentor others, and collaborate with clients in a professional way
Strong customer focus and leadership skills required; flexible, able to handle multiple projects and details seamlessly; takes initiative and can execute projects well; able to negotiate with suppliers; reliable; open-minded, able to work through conflict.
