VIP has an immediate need for journeyman solar electricians for several projects in Virginia. Must have 3+ years of solar experience. Must have OSHA 10 and be able to pass a drug screen prior to starting. Schedule is 50 hours a week. The project duration is an estimated two months but a possibility of additional work after completion. Pay starts at $35/hr. DOE.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

PV wire installations
PV wire terminations
Underground duct bank installations
Module connections and wire lead management
AC/DC large wire installations and terminations
