Job Title: Mechanical Foreman
Location: Nationwide Travel Required

Are you an experienced Mechanical Foreman with a strong conveyor installation background and the ability to lead crews in fast-paced industrial environments?

We are seeking a hands-on field leader to oversee the installation, detailing, and execution of large-scale material handling systems across the country. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of projects, holds teams accountable, and ensures work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
-Lead conveyor installation and detailing processes from start to finish
-Execute projects in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
-Supervise and direct mechanical technicians and field crews
-Ensure accurate and timely project documentation
-Coordinate daily work activities to meet production schedules
-Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on-site
-Operate and oversee the safe use of heavy equipment including lulls and cranes
-Support overall project execution and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical installation for material handling systems
-Strong conveyor installation and detailing experience
-Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
-Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively
-Experience operating heavy equipment (lulls, cranes, etc.)
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
-Willingness to travel 100% nationwide
-Reliable transportation to job sites
