Trillium Construction is seeking a Crane Operator for a project in red oak, TX.

Key Responsibilities
•    Operate a Manitowoc 2250 crawler crane with 160’ main boom configuration.
•    Safely hoist and set:
o    Industrial generators
o    Pre-fabricated modules
o    HVAC and mechanical units
•    Perform critical lifts in tight quarters with minimal clearance (approx. 4 inches).
•    Work closely with lift directors, signal persons, and rigging crews to ensure safe execution.
•    Interpret lift plans, load charts, and job site conditions.
•    Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation.

Pay: $41
Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days

Qualifications
•    NCCCO Certification:
o    LAT (Lattice Boom Crawler – Large Telescopic)
o    LBC (Lattice Boom Crawler)
•    Valid DOT Medical Card
•    OSHA 10 Certification
•    Demonstrated seat time and verifiable experience operating a Manitowoc 2250
•    Proven experience setting generators, modules, and HVAC equipment
