National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for new store build-outs, project rollouts, renovations and retrofits seeking a top-notch superintendent with experience overseeing commercial retail renovation projects
[Duties ]
Lead in the management, coordination, and inspection of contractor work while project is in progress
Compile and deliver daily project reports and procurement logs to the Director of Operations & Project Manager
Supervise the completion of Punch List/Warranty items
[Requirements ]
Prior experience overseeing commercial construction projects (big box retail renovation projects preferred)
Working knowledge of all crafts with an ability to read and understand specifications and plans for all trades
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs & Construction Management software
[Details ]
$2,400 a week + paid lodging
Work commences in April 2026
Project estimated to last 15-weeks with another project lined up after
