We are hiring an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety programs across our electrical construction projects. This role ensures OSHA compliance, reduces risk, and promotes a strong safety culture in the field and office.

Hourly and $150.00 daily Per Diem.
Working 10 hour shifts Mon. to Sat.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and local/state regulations
Conduct jobsite audits, hazard assessments, and investigations
Lead safety training (LOTO, arc flash, PPE, energized work)
Maintain OSHA logs, JHAs, and safety documentation
Track safety KPIs and report trends to leadership
Partner with Foremen and Superintendents to enforce safe practices
Authority to stop unsafe work
Qualifications:

5+ years construction safety experience
Strong electrical safety knowledge
OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid/AED required
Degree in Safety or related field (preferred)
OSHA 500/OSHA 510
