Talascend is currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a trusted leader in electrical and material handling solutions across the U.S. Their Electrical Services) division specializes in high-performance conveyor and motor control systems, operating in 35 states and delivering turn-key electrical contracting for power, lighting, network cabling, and more—ensuring seamless, on-site service that meets critical project timelines.

OVERVIEW:

Seeking seasoned Electrical Supervisor with 5-10 years of experience in conveyor and material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large field teams, working with various MHE integrators, and ensuring safety and quality on fast-paced job sites.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and lead teams of 50+ field employees on large-scale MHE projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and quality installations.
Maintain and enforce safety protocols and daily documentation.
Travel 100% of the time to project sites across the U.S. (with paid trips home).
Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Several years of experience in conveyor/material handling systems.
Experience with multiple MHE integrators.
Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities.
Electrical license (preferred).

Certifications:
OSHA 10/30
NFPA 70E Knowledge
Equipment operation training

Strong computer skills:
Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word
3D model viewers (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360)
Excellent communication skills: bilingual is a plus.
Deep understanding of daily safety paperwork and policies.
