Construction Manager

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $75+ DOE

Schedule: 5 x 8’s, 40 hours a week

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Facility Upgrades: Oversee renovation of existing structures to accommodate a mix of office workplace, specialized bench labs, machine shops, and high-capacity rack labs.

Data Infrastructure: Lead the development of multiple data halls with specialized power requirements ranging from 5 MW to 20 MW.

Structural Reinforcement: Manage major structural modifications required to support specialized laboratory and technical spaces.

Utility & MEP Systems: Supervise the installation of new medium-voltage electrical services.

Cooling Systems: Coordinate construction of a new chilled water plant and dedicated chiller yard.

Foundations: Manage installation of equipment on new foundations, ensuring precision placement for heavy mechanical and electrical assets.

📋 Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in the Power or Heavy Industrial Industry, specifically with Mission Critical (Data Center) or MEP-heavy industrial retrofits.

Certifications: OSHA 30 Construction, LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) Coordinator/Manager experience, and ideally a PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) credential.

Tools: Proficient with Project Controls/Scheduling (P6 or MS Project), Construction Management software (Procore or Bluebeam), and reading OPR (Owner's Project Requirements) and Test Fit drawings.
