Location: Starts in Middletown, PA � Nationwide Travel Required Thereafter

Project Manager/Site Manager Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $42/hr (W2)
Per Diem: $178/day � Paid for all 7 days if full weekly schedule is met (Monday�Friday)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile (calculated via Google Maps)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts | Weekends Off (40-hours/wk)
Project Manager/Site Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager or Site Manager to lead conveyor system retrofit installations at Amazon facilities.

To be considered, candidates must have documented experience managing at least one recent Amazon facility project in a PM or Site Manager role. This experience must be clearly listed on the resume.

This is a contract-to-hire position with potential for long-term, nationwide project leadership. Strong performers may be offered a permanent full-time role overseeing future Amazon projects.
