Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor (Licensed General Contractor) - Conveyor Installation
Location: Nationwide Travel

ASBECO is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with an active General Contractor License for nationwide conveyor and material handling system installations. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with industrial mechanical installation experience who is ready to travel and be part of a team focused on execution, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead mechanical installation crews on conveyor and material handling system projects
- Coordinate field installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
- Interpret mechanical drawings, installation plans, and layout schematics
- Ensure installation work meets ASBECO quality standards and customer specifications
- Provide licensed General Contractor oversight when required for inspections and compliance
- Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and jobsite documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and jobsite best practices
- Supervise operation of equipment such as forklifts, lull lifts, and rigging equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Active General Contractor License (required)
- 5+ years supervisory experience in mechanical installation or industrial construction
- Direct experience with conveyor systems or material handling installations strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and installation schematics
- Experience working in distribution centers, warehouses, or industrial construction environments
- Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience operating or supervising heavy equipment, such as forklifts, preferred
