Workify Staffing is seeking experienced Construction Millwrights for upcoming project in Southwest Oregon. We are seeking journey level only candidates at this time that are willing to travel for a long term project.

Position: Construction Millwright
Location: Southwest Oregon
Pay: Up to $33/hr (based on experience)
Per Diem: $120
Estimated Duration: 6+ months

Job Responsibilities

Install, assemble, align, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Perform precision alignment using lasers or dial indicators
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure optimal equipment performance
Follow all safety protocols and site-specific requirements

Requirements

Previous experience as a millwright in construction or industrial settings
Ability to work with hand and power tools
Strong understanding of mechanical systems
Ability to lift, climb, and work in variable jobsite conditions
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
