Trillium Construction is hiring a Rigging Superintendent for our client specializing in heavy rigging and transportation, machinery moving, crane services, millwright and industrial services, industrial storage and warehousing, to assist in the construction of a new data center in Rayville, Louisiana.

Pay rate is $65-84/hour plus per diem!

Key Responsibilities
-Enforce safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with JSAs and pre-task planning.
-Ensure crews arrive on site as scheduled with proper tools and equipment.
-Coordinate daily operations with project managers, sales, and dispatch.
-Assist crews with additional equipment or tools as needed.
-Oversee inspection and maintenance of rigging and lifting equipment.
-Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and industry standards.
-Supervise riggers, signal persons, and crane operators.

Qualifications
-Several years of experience in rigging operations, machinery moving, or industrial construction.
-Strong knowledge of rigging methods, crane operations, load calculations, and lift planning.
-Proven leadership and communication skills.
-Strong commitment to safety and problem-solving abilities.
-Must have OSHA 30
