Our construction client in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on a $20M commercial project. This role is responsible for running the job site from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule, safety, and quality standards, and resolving on-site issues as they arise. The Lead Superintendent will manage field teams, review construction plans and specifications, track progress and documentation using ProCore or similar project management software, and ensure the project stays aligned with overall goals. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience, a strong track record leading large-scale projects as the primary superintendent, and experience working for a general contractor.
