We are seeking a professional, dependable Residential Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of high-end residential properties near Tampa, Florida. This role involves working inside multi-million-dollar homes and requires someone who is detail-oriented, respectful of private residences, and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work. Responsibilities include general home maintenance and repairs such as minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fixture repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting with interior and exterior upkeep of the property. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential or property maintenance, maintain a clean professional appearance, and demonstrate reliability, discretion, and respect when working inside private homes. You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Candidates must be comfortable working in luxury residences and maintaining a professional presence while on property. Compensation ranges from $22–$30 per hour based on experience and includes full benefits, including major medical, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO). You will be required to pass a preemployment background check and drug test.
