Trillium Construction is seeking Millwrights for a 7 day shutdown in Toledo, OR who have extensive paper mill shutdown experience (preferably with rolls).

This is assist-level mechanical work supporting the primary roll crew. Duties will include bolt-up/bolt-out work, assisting with roll removal and reinstall, component handling, and general mechanical support.

Key Responsibilities
• Removing and reinstalling bolts and hardware
• Assisting roll crew with tear-down and rebuild
• Basic mechanical disassembly and reassembly
• Working safely around large rotating equipment

Pay: Up to $42
Per Diem: $145 / day for days worked.
Schedule: Mon - Sun, 80h+ / week

Qualifications
• Industrial mechanical experience
• Shutdown experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Own basic hand tools (Gang box!)
• Must be open to day or night shift
