PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman / Lead Electrician for a large commercial new construction project in Northlake, TX. This is a long-term project expected to last 1+ year with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

This position will support the construction of a high-end hospitality project, so candidates must be professional, organized, and comfortable leading crews on a high-visibility jobsite.

Important: This position is for local candidates only. No per diem, travel pay, or relocation assistance is offered. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Northlake, TX.

Pay & Schedule
Pay: $45/hour
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
Hours: 40+ hours per week (may vary by project phase)
Duration: 1+ year project
Start: Within the next week

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electricians on a commercial construction site
Coordinate daily work activities and crew assignments
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project timelines
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
Ensure compliance with NEC codes and jobsite safety requirements
Maintain a professional presence on a high-profile project site

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician
Strong background in commercial electrical construction
Experience managing crews and coordinating workflow on large construction projects
Ability to read blueprints and plan electrical layouts
Must be professional, reliable, and presentable
Must have reliable transportation and standard electrical tools
