We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Supervisor who can lead from the front, communicate clearly, and earn the trust of a crew. If you’re the type who keeps jobs moving, solves problems on the fly, and takes pride in doing things right the first time, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for mechanical crews

Lead by example on job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients

Plan and execute work related to:

Millwright operations

Equipment setting and alignment

Demolition (demo)

Welding and fabrication

Industrial piping installation and repair

Troubleshoot issues and keep projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and accountability

Proven experience supervising mechanical or industrial crews

Background in millwright work, rigging, welding, or piping

Ability to read prints and coordinate job scopes

Solid work ethic and commitment to safety
