Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Drilling Superintendent to lead traveling crews performing drilled shaft foundation (vertical drilling) work across the Southeast and Gulf Coast regions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong drilling experience who can manage crews, equipment, safety, and production in the field. This opportunity requires 95% travel. Projects across Georgia, the Gulf Coast, Texas, and Florida, typically 10–12 days on, 1–3 days home (schedule may vary), 60–80 hours per week on average.

Pay rates based on experience, starting at $37/hour with all travel time paid, hotels provided + $50/day per diem all 7 days.

Responsibilities
-Supervise and lead drilled shaft foundation (vertical drilling) crews
-Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and production goals
-Operate and oversee drill rigs including CZM, IMT, Bayshore, or similar equipment
-Utilize and supervise use of crane-mounted drilling attachments
-Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work plans
-Ensure compliance with all safety policies and jobsite requirements
-Perform and oversee basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
-Communicate with project management regarding progress, issues, and equipment needs
-Maintain productivity, quality, and crew accountability
-Work safely around large excavators, dozers, cranes, and heavy machinery

Requirements
-5+ years of drilled shaft foundation drilling experience
-Prior experience leading or supervising drilling crews
-Strong working knowledge of CZM, IMT, Bayshore, or comparable drill rigs
-Class A or B CDL, or Louisiana Class D Driver’s License
-Valid TWIC card
-Strong understanding of drilling safety standards and procedures
-Solid mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
-Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting 80–100 lbs as required
-Must be able to pass pre-employment testing
-Must be able to report to Prairieville, LA for new-hire training and at the start of each project
-Steel-toe boots required - All other PPE provided at training
