Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Traveling Ironworkers for projects throughout the Northeast. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for full-time, permanent placement for candidates local to or willing to relocate to Peterborough, NH.

We are seeking skilled professionals with a strong background in structural steel and precast erection who can work independently and lead crews when needed.

Pay & Perks:

$25�$40/hour (based on experience & certifications)

$130/day per diem (days worked)

Travel required throughout the Northeast

Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential

Job Scope:

Connect, rig, bolt-up, and lay deck independently

Read and interpret structural steel, precast, and decking drawings

Assist with or lead structural steel and precast erection

Train and mentor crew members on proper erection and welding techniques

Lead small crews through multiple phases of projects

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of ironworking experience

Experience with structural steel and/or precast erection

Must have own ironworking and welding tools

OSHA 10 certification required

Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently

Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast
