Join a dedicated team of foundation construction workers to build heavy capacity scale foundations. The work involves tasks such as excavating foundations, grading, erecting forms and rebar, finishing concrete, and operating power tools and equipment. This role is suitable for individuals at the trainee/laborer level with limited experience in general construction. Safety is a priority, and you will complete all required safety courses under the guidance of the job foreman. You are responsible for your transportation to the Fairbanks construction office and may travel with the crew in company vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Excavate and grade foundation sites.
* Erect forms and rebar.
* Finish concrete surfaces.
* Operate power tools and equipment safely.
* Complete all required safety courses.
* Provide own transportation to the Fairbanks construction office.
* Travel with the crew in company vehicles as needed.
