Position: Safety Technician


Compensation:$30 - $45 per hour (Range depending on years of experience, certifications, & relevant industry experience)


Project: Commercial solar construction


Location: Multiple project sites looking for support (you will only support 1 at a time). Within 45 minute drive of Kern County, CA & San Bernardino County, CA


Start Date: Immediately


Project Duration: 1.5 years - will convert to full time employee within 12 months.


Schedule: 5/8s sometimes 5/10s rarely work on Saturday or Sundays



Per Diem: $100 per day NON TAXED (Equates to $25K per year in your pocket)


Vehicle: Drive own vehicle to site and will be given industrial golf cart for on site travel



Onboarding:


7 year Criminal and County


10 Panel Drug Screen (marijuana not screened in CA)


Breathalyzer on site (at site managers discretion)


Driving Record (no felony level accidents or DUIs/DWIs)




Safety Tech I Requirements:


1.5+ year experience FORMAL safety role in COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION or any ENERGY sector.

Tech II Requirements:


3+ years experience FORMAL safety role with SOLAR OR 4+ years formal safety role within COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION.
