We are seeking experienced Millwrights to join our team for industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery. This role requires precision, mechanical knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Working 10-12 hour shifts MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Hourly BOE
$120.00 daily Per Diem ( Per Diem paid for all 7 days if you have worked your scheduled shifts M-F.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems
Align equipment using precision tools (laser alignment, dial indicators)
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings
Perform rigging and setting of heavy equipment
Replace bearings, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and pumps
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Work closely with other trades and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

3+ years of Millwright experience (industrial preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with precision alignment and equipment installation
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with rigging practices and tools
Reliable transportation and ability to travel if needed

Certifications (Preferred/Required):

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
NCCER Millwright Certification (preferred)
Rigging Certification (a plus)
Forklift / Aerial Lift Certification (a plus)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work extended hours
