Job Title: Ironworker – Roof Tear-Off & Replacement

Pay:$30 an hour based on experience
($100 a day per diem for 7 days)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Ironworker to assist with the tear-down and replacement of roofing systems. This position involves structural steel work, roof demolition, installation, and working safely at heights. Candidates should be motivated, safety-focused, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

Tear off existing roofing materials and structural components
Install new metal roofing, decking, and structural supports
Read and follow blueprints and job specifications
Operate hand and power tools safely
Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:

Previous ironworking or structural steel experience preferred (3plus years)
Experience with roofing or demolition is a plus
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable transportation
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (not required)
Strong work ethic and punctuality required
