360X Staffing is hiring for Fabrication Welders in El Centro, CA.

Pay: $25-32/hr DOE + $100 daily per diem for days worked

Weld Process: Flux Core
The Primary function of a Fabrication Welder is to perform structural welding according to weld symbols identified on provided drawings. The goal is accuracy, quality, and efficiency to meet deadlines and keep clients happy. Fabrication Welders must possess and use strong focus and technique to be successful. When weld symbols on drawings are unclear, it should be made known to the Foreman and/or the Quality Control Checker right away so clarity can be determined to keep the project moving accurately.

What type of welding/weld test:
* FCAM (Flux Core Arc Welding)
Wire. Inner Shield NR211 - Diameter .068"
Weld Positions. Flat. Horizontal and Vertical Uphill.


Role and Responsibilities
Perform structural welding in accordance with weld symbols and fabrication drawings.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity to meet project deadlines.
Immediately notify the Foreman and/or Quality Control Checker if weld symbols or drawings are unclear.
Work collaboratively with Foreman, Quality Control Checker, Fabrication Fitters, and Fabrication Material Handlers to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards and procedures.
Safely operate welding equipment and related tools.

Qualifications and Experience
Ability to certify to promote good quality standards; 3G certification preferred.
Ability to recognize weld symbols on drawings and weld accordingly.
Competent rigger able to operate heavy loads on overhead cranes.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, and lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work in extreme heat and cold depending on seasonal conditions.
Ability to perform duties in accordance with safe practices established by OSHA
No formal education required; however, relevant experience in welding, equipment operation, and safety is expected.
