Pipe / Structural Welder (Travelers) | $38/hr + $150/Day Per Diem | Long-Term Work

We are hiring experienced Pipe & Structural Welders for a long-term traveling opportunity. This role is best suited for high-level welder/fitter-fabricators who can perform both pipe and structural work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be flexible and willing to handle both types of welding based on project needs. This is a steady position offering strong hours, full per diem, and long-term stability.

Compensation & Perks
$38/hour
$150/day per diem (7 days/week)
$150 travel pay (no matter the distance you are coming from)

Schedule
1st Shift: Mon–Thurs 6:28 AM – 4:28 PM + 8+ hours Fri/Sat
3rd Shift: Mon–Thurs 4:28 PM – 2:28 AM + 8+ hours Fri/Sat
Overtime available with consistent hours

Job Scope
Fit and weld structural steel and piping systems
Perform pipe welding on carbon and stainless steel
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
Build and assemble components from prints
Perform pipe fitting and layout work
Use precise measurements and math in fabrication
Work independently with minimal supervision

Weld Test
Multiple plate tests and a 6G TIG stainless pipe test

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pipe Welder / Welder-Fitter
Strong background in pipe fitting and structural fabrication
Ability to pass weld testing
Proficient in blueprint reading and layout work
