Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Line Installer / Copper Pipe Fitter [Heating and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration]

We are seeking individuals experienced with copper brazing / refrigeration line installation on VRF and DX HVAC Systems for immediate work in Port Arthur, TX.

The ideal candidate must have 3-5+ years of recent verifiable experience as a DX pipefitter installing copper refrigeration piping in a commercial construction setting. OSHA 10 required on some jobsites

Basic Job Description:

Install, repair, maintain and test various lines used for HVAC/Refrigeration equipment in accordance with local and state codes.

Minimum Required Experience:

Knowledge of mechanical heating & air conditioning piping systems.
Must be proficient with brazing and soldering copper refrigeration lines.
Must be proficient with testing, purging, and repairing refrigeration lines.
Must have excellent use of power tools, acetylene torches, and etc.
Must be proficient with pipe system layouts, supports, and blueprint interpretation.
Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of Commercial Pipefitter experience installing refrigeration piping. Preferred experience with VRF and DX systems.
Must have own hand tools and brazing torch required for refrigeration pipe installation.
Proper ID's required for employment
Ability to climb/work off ladders, lifts, and etc.
Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the city.
OSHA 10 required on some jobsites.
