[Laborer] Traveling Construction Laborer

- Prepares construction sites for installation of erosion control projects
- Digs, rakes, and prepares soil to prepare for application of concrete mats over tubing/piping systems
- Loading and unloading material out of trucks
- Reads plans, follows instructions from superintendent

- Pay will be $19-$20/hr
- Per diem of $46
- They will be in a crew of a Superintendent, an Operator/Foreman, and 2-4 more Laborers

Ability to travel is an absolute must - the candidate will be gone for weeks/months at a time. The only time they are expected home for the remainder of 2026 is going to be for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They work long hours during the week and can expect to work at least 60 hours, up to 100. The only day they have off is Sunday, but some weeks may require seven working days. The laborer will be bunked up in a hotel room with another laborer. As far as travel goes, they will either ride with an employee to the jobsite or flight will be paid for the laborer to the respective city and have them meet at the hotel/airport. They will work in the elements - rain or shine, heat or cold. Must be receptive to extreme temperatures.
