As a Foreman and Operator, you will supervise a team of operators and laborers to ensure the site's efficient operation. You will be responsible for achieving material movement goals and ensuring the site operates within the guidelines of permits. Your role will involve executing and delivering safety, exceptional customer experience, and efficiency while fostering a culture of team engagement.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
* Knowledge of heavy equipment.

* Computer skills: PC Scale, Microsoft Office.
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
* High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
* 4-6 years of experience in waste recycling or industrial or manufacturing environment.
* 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
* Drivers license.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.
