We are seeking a dedicated foreman to lead our crews in drywall construction projects. You will oversee a team of 1-3 individuals working on commercial fit-outs and new construction projects. This role requires providing leadership, layout, and reading blueprints for light metal stud framing. Attention to detail is crucial, as we consider our work to be a craft.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee a crew of 1-3 individuals in drywall construction projects.
* Provide leadership and guidance to your team.
* Layout and read blueprints for light metal stud framing.
* Ensure high attention to detail in all projects.
* Work independently and efficiently.
* Manage sheetrocking tasks and communicate effectively with clients.

Essential Skills
* Experience in the construction industry and ability to adapt to our methods.
* Leadership experience over a small team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
* Proficiency in layout and blueprint reading.
* Experience with sheetrocking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Bilingual abilities.
* Ability to work on Saturdays for overtime opportunities.
* Bringing basic hand and power tools.
* Client and general contractor communication skills.
* Experience with paperwork and change orders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
