Concrete Carpenter
Location: Manchester, IA
Pay: $22–$30/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter to support a large-scale expansion project at an industrial facility in Manchester, Iowa. The project includes the addition of a pre-engineered metal building and removal and replacement of an existing roof with a new membrane system. This is a long-duration project with strong potential for long-term employment for candidates open to future travel.
Project Details
Duration: 6–7 months minimum
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: 5–10 hours per week
Per Diem: $100 per day worked
Long-term opportunity available for candidates open to traveling with the company
Responsibilities
Fabricate, set, and install concrete forms for structural elements
Place, finish, and reinforce concrete slabs, walls, and footings
Coordinate with the project team to meet specifications and timelines
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Ensure all work meets quality standards and applicable codes
Work Environment
On-site industrial construction project
Indoor and outdoor work depending on project phase
Fast-paced environment with collaboration across multiple trades
PPE provided; safety is a top priority
