Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Scheduler with experience in data center construction. This individual must be highly proficient in Primavera P6 and capable of handling responsibilities typically expected of a senior-level scheduler.


Responsibilities

- Develop and manage master project schedules in Primavera P6

- Build detailed schedules across construction, procurement, and commissioning

- Establish logic, sequencing, and constraints across all trades

- Perform critical path and float analysis

- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to maintain schedule alignment

- Monitor progress, update schedules, and communicate performance

- Support forecasting, recovery planning, and delay analysis


Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction

- Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and CPM scheduling

- Ability to independently manage complex schedules


Additional Details

- 1099 independent contractor role

- Travel varies depending on project

- Competitive contract compensation

- Pay Range: $80-110 per hour
