Trillium Construction is seeking a Rodbuster Foreman near Lakeview, OR.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a crew of rodbusters tying and placing rebar for footings, slabs, columns, walls, and structural components
• Read and interpret structural drawings, rebar shop drawings, and placing schedules
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
• Ensure proper spacing, tying, lapping, and securing of reinforcing steel
• Coordinate with superintendents, concrete crews, and other trades to maintain workflow
• Verify layout, elevations, and embed placement before concrete pours
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with project specs and quality standards
• Maintain productivity targets and manage manpower efficiently
• Enforce all jobsite safety standards and procedures
• Track materials, deliveries, and report shortages or issues
• Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and progress update

Pay rate is up to $40/hour plus Per Diem: $120 / day for days worked only. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40+ / week.
