Sheet Metal Mechanic / Millwright (HVAC Install) – Lancaster, OH | $28–$30/hr | 2-Week Project

We’re looking for experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics or Millwright-type hands for a 2-week project in Lancaster, OH starting Monday 4/6. This is a solid short-term gig for anyone with HVAC install experience and the ability to handle heavy-duty ductwork and equipment installs.

Pay:
$28–$30/hour

$100 per diem on days worked

Hours:
50+ hours/week (potential for overtime)

Scope of Work:
Installing cooling towers
Hanging and securing heavy-gauge ductwork
Assisting with equipment setting, rigging, and alignment
Working as part of a crew to complete installs safely and on schedule

Requirements:
Experience with HVAC installs, sheet metal, or millwright work
Ability to read basic layouts and follow install plans
Comfortable working with heavy materials and at heights if needed
Own basic tools and PPE
Reliable transportation
