Trillium Construction is seeking a Concrete Foreman near Lakeview, OR.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew of rodbusters tying and placing rebar for footings, slabs, columns, walls, and structural components
Read and interpret structural drawings, rebar shop drawings, and placing schedules
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
Ensure proper spacing, tying, lapping, and securing of reinforcing steel Coordinate with superintendents, concrete crews, and other trades to maintain workflow
Verify layout, elevations, and embed placement before concrete pours
Inspect work to ensure compliance with project specs and quality standards
Maintain productivity targets and manage manpower efficiently
Enforce all jobsite safety standards and procedures
Track materials, deliveries, and report shortages or issues
Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and progress update

Pay rate is up to $40/hour plus Per Diem: $120 / day for days worked only. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40+ / week.
